SAN FRANCISCO STYLE SOURDOUGH EATERY offers two types of investment opportunities. The first is franchised locations and the second, Area Developer. Area Developer allows you to capitalize on the excitement of the SAN FRANCISCO STYLE SOURDOUGH EATERY concept.

SAN FRANCISCO STYLE SOURDOUGH EATERY is aligning itself with qualified people to join our team. Qualified people may be awarded their own territories. Area Developers may open their own SAN FRANCISCO STYLE SOURDOUGH EATERY location or locations.

Once an agreement is signed the Area Developer will advertise for new franchisees on behalf of SAN FRANCISCO STYLE SOURDOUGH EATERY as well as developing and assisting franchisees who are operating within their assigned territories.

An Area Developer shares in the SAN FRANCISCO STYLE SOURDOUGH EATERY revenue by receiving a 50% commission on all initial franchise fees (other that those pre-existing franchises in the territory and his/her own SAN FRANCISCO STYLE SOURDOUGH EATERY businesses) as well as 50% of the ongoing collected royalties from those locations.

All marketing, research and development will be supported by SAN FRANCISCO STYLE SOURDOUGH EATERY franchising. Geographical territories are purchased based on population. Territory size and minimum investment will be determined on a case by case basis. Area Developers may purchase an entire Country, State or select counties within the state.
